Terms and Conditions

Order Cancellation:

You must check the order form and confirm that all the details are correct (including the product, preferences and delivery address).

You may cancel your order up to 24 hours after the order was placed. No refund will be given if you cancel the order later than 24 hours after placing it.

Orders will only be refunded by the original method of payment.

A processing fee 50% of the sale price will be charged if an amendment or cancellation is made after the 24 hours period. [We will have started incurring manufacturing cost after 24 hours]

Delivery:

You order must be paid for in full prior to delivery.

The goods will be delivered to the address specified in your order form. TAILOR MADE LONDON LTD shall not be held responsible for any error in the address appearing on the order form (Please check this is correct).

TAILOR MADE LONDON LTD shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery. However, you shall have the right to cancel for a full refund if deliveries are delayed by more than 28 days.

You must check the condition of the goods at delivery. Without prejudice to your consumer rights, you must inform TAILOR MADE LONDON LTD within 7 days of the delivery date, by calling TAILOR MADE LONDON LTD customer services, of any non conformity or apparent defect in the delivered goods. TAILOR MADE LONDON LTD shall be entitled to check the product at a fitting session held in store on a mutually agreed date and to propose a solution. The customer shall refrain from seeking a solution himself or from having a third party intervene to this end.

If a failure to deliver is due to your fault, a new delivery will be arranged at the discretion of TAILOR MADE LONDON LTD and additional charge of up to £20 may be incurred.

Returns / Refunds:

As the ordered goods are custom-made, they can neither be returned nor refunded, and the standard 28 day refund policy does not apply. This does not affect your statutory rights and does not apply to faulty goods.

Requests for returns or refunds must be supported by proof of purchase.

Conformity / Colour Finishes:

Due to their uniqueness it is not possible to guarantee that the manufactured goods, especially those with distressed finishes, will have exactly the same colour, pattern, weave, finish as the item viewed either in store, catalogue, online.

Preferences:

Goods are made according to the preferences indicated, designated and agreed in the order form.

A tolerance of 2 cm shall be applied to pattern measurements that relate to the manual measurements. TAILOR MADE LONDON LTD will alter the goods at no charge only if any of the pattern measurements that relate to the manual measurements is incorrect by more than 2 cm

Weight Gain/Loss:

TAILOR MADE LONDON LTD manufactures each garment according to the measurements taken by the bodyscanner and measurements taken manually during the scanning. TAILOR MADE LONDON LTD shall not be held liable for any size variations due to weight gain or loss.
