On 9th and 10th March we hosted a wedding event in our Belgravia store as part of the Eccleston Yards Wedding Weekend and met with lots of lovely brides and grooms-to-be in store.

As experts in creating groomswear that is designed and created especially for you and your big day, we showcased our new season collections and offered extra special wedding overview appointments for the weekend with complimentary beers, bubbles and the best goodie bags in town!

” Our tailoring team are experts in making grooms look and feel their very best on their big day. We work with you to design and create something that suits you, your big day and your budget”

We were joined by our friends at Pankhurst barbers who set up a pop-up barber station for the weekend and offered grooms-to-be complimentary haircuts and beard trims  from one of their finest barbers.

Grooms relaxed with a Japanese whisky and enjoyed a Pankhurst treatment whilst reclining in their luxurious bespoke barber’s chair, expertly upholstered by the leather craftsmen from Bentley motors.

We were also joined by fragrance brand Penhaligon’s for the weekend who offered wedding scent profiling with one of their expert fragrance sommeliers. With a huge selection of male and female – and many unisex – scents available, Penhaligon’s talked our guests through the most important things to consider when choosing a wedding day scent and helped them select a fragrance that was perfectly suited to them and their big day.

Our jam packed luxury goodie bags were the talk of the event and all grooms who had a tailoring appointment took home a bumper gift bag filled with treats from Penhaligon’s, Pankhurst, FOREO, Kiehl’s and No.7 along with the latest issue of Wedding Ideas magazine.

Elsewhere in Eccleston Yards a host of other great wedding related activities were taking place; SMUK offered complimentary bridal hair and make-up demonstrations from their founder Miabella Ristorp along with hosting a talk on how to create the perfect sustainable wedding with Reve En Vert.

British men’s footwear brand Duke & Dexter offered an exclusive wedding ring carving workshop with The Workbench, demonstrating how brides and grooms can carve their own unique and personal wedding bands.

The Yards was joined by a host of pop-ups for the event including Ellie Sanderson Bridal, Ethereal London, Pulbrook and Gould florists, Aimee Ward bags, Basia Zarycka jewellery and Will Hay Films.

Finally Jones Family Kitchen offered brides and grooms to be a place to relax and refuel whilst enjoying one of their exclusive bespoke Made To Measure cocktails, created especially for the weekend.
